RubiTrux is the Jeep Specialty Division of High Country 4x4 located in Boone, NC. They have been designing and producing high-end conversions for Jeep vehicles... since 2005. This half-cab conversion to the Wrangler Unlimited adds an American Expedition Vehicles (AEV) Brute removable hardtop, wheels, fender flares, bed cover and Line-X bedliner. The package also includes hefty front/rear Warn steel bumpers w/tow hooks and a Warn M8000 (lb) 12v electric winch. A heavy-duty 4-inch lift kit and full suspension upgrade has just recently been installed. (High-lift jack is included.) The original Deep Beryl Green Pearl exterior is in very good condition as is the factory gray cloth interior. Both bucket seats have custom seat covers that protect the upholstery very well and there is a full padded roll cage that surrounds the passenger compartment. If the hardtop is removed, the 'bikini' soft-top can be used. The exterior is accented by a set of 17" AEV 5-spoke alloys with red-letter Grabber off-road tires manufactured by General Tire. The RubiTrux is powered by a durable 4.0L in-line six-cylinder engine. (The 2006 model was the last year for the 4.0L in the Wrangler series.) These smooth running, efficient motors were used in virtually all Jeep models for over 20 years and they run for decades.
